ABOUT US
My brother and I, like all normal boys, were always rough-housing and fighting at home. Our dad got tired of all the fighting and said "if your going to fight, I'm signing you up for karate!" So at the ages of eleven and nine we stopped fighting with each other and started our martial arts training. We have been studying martial arts ever since, and have loved every minute of it! It has helped us become responsible focused individuals, not to mention it has kept us in great shape.
We are members of the International Shin-Toshi Federation and teach Karate Shin-Toshi. Shin-Toshi is the first truly American Martial Arts style. It is exciting and suited for all levels of students from young children with no Karate experience to highly competitive experienced adults.
